Small Scale Design Structure
This landscape design package is designed for smaller scale landscape projects. The object of this package is to produce a concept plan that both effectively communicates the design to the client, and provides suitable detail for construction by callistemon landscapes.

1. DESIGN CONSULTATION
The Design Consultation stage is where we discuss and gather all the information required in creating a concept plan. Through a site analysis we assess the architecture and plant schemes of both the landscape in question and surrounding neighborhood, as well as gathering information on relevant topography, views from/into the landscape and sun aspect. Through a Landscape Design Brief we gather information on the scope of works, clients requirements, aesthetic preferences and any other relevant information necessary for developing a comprehensive concept plan.
DESIGN CONSULTATION:
60-90 minute on-site meeting
FEE: $220.00 (inc GST)
PAYMENT: Prior to or on day of consultation
2. CONCEPT PLAN
A Concept Plan will provide the client with a plan illustrating the layout of the garden. The Concept Plan will be supported with photographic images of suggested concepts, hard landscape material samples, and where necessary, perspective sketches or 3D modeling, to help convey the core design ideas. This Concept Plan will be based on a site analysis and design brief gathered during the Design Consultation, plus another two consultations with the client to help refine the concept and present the finalized concept.

3. DEVELOPMENT PLAN
A Development Plan is designed to fully and precisely communicate to the client a resolved landscape design. It also acts as a suitable set of drawings for the purpose of quotation and construction by Callistemon Landscapes. The Development Plan will be reached by a further two consultations with the client refining the Concept Plan and gathering any other relevant information.

Landscape Construction Quotation
FEE: $2,200.00 (inc GST)
PAYMENT: Two installments - 50% deposit and 50% upon completion*
NB. The Development Plan is not a full set of working drawings, however, where Callistemon Landscapes is the landscape design and construction company, drawings to this resolution are suitable for the calculating of construction costs, and construction by Callistemon Landscapes. In the event that a landscape design requires a full set of construction drawings, the Development Plan will proceed to Master Plan stage. This will be determined prior to undertaking the Development Plan stage.
4. MASTER PLAN
A Master Plan will provide the client with a documentation package made up of a full set of construction drawings as well as section and elevation drawings necessary for construction by companies other than Callistemon Landscapes. Where necessary, perspective drawings will be included.
